How to do a punk party on a cheap budget

Okay i am turning 17 and i want to have a cool party since i did not have a cool party for my 16 b/c we were moving on that day and did not have time for one sadly so one we moved like a day later we just went out eat and and shopping wit my mom b/c i did not know anyone okay enough of that now.


Tell me if have any ideas
I am not sure how many guest will be at the party but i found theses things on the internet and i am not sure if my mom would order them b/c that is pretty stupid of ordering party supplies i think anyways hear is wat i wanted for my 17 b-day i'll show u the link for some ideas for a budget.

my house is pretty small but the front yard is huge we got big deck to a bbq but i do not bbq.


So anyways if u have any ideas that would be great. i do not think we have enough money for dj but do got great Stereo System on our pc. ps: if u are wondering how we could afford the pc is b/c we have this thing were if need something we get money to buy it i forgot what its called. but i got to really need it like for an examplee a pc helps me learn lol they do not need to know wat i do on
